Antifoam/Defoamers for Pulp & Paper

Emerald Foam Control is a primary manufacturer of a broad line of standard and custom defoamers and related products for use in pulp and paper mill processes. Many products for use in pulp and paper mills are made from ingredients that comply with FDA regulation 21 CFR 176.210. If your application does not require FDA compliance, a less expensive alternative may be available.

Many facters influence foam development and control. Because of the variability of these factors from mill to mill, it is often difficult to choose the best product without the benefit of in-plant trials. For this reason, Emerald has developed a portable laboratory to screen and develop defoamer candidates for specific applications.
